Is it feasible?

To ensure the result of the mail outcome of the project, that is to adverse effects of human activities on the environment reduced, various outputs and deliverables have been designed.

  • Web-based decision-support tool (1 in total)
  • Action plans for the pilot tourist establishments in Cyprus, Greece and Malta (3 in each region, 9 in total)
  • Best practice guide (1 in total)
  • Workshops to the staff of each pilot establishment and other stakeholders in Cyprus, Greece and Malta (1 in each region, 3 in total)
  • Pilot program in the 9 tourist establishments in Cyprus, Greece and Malta (1 in each region, 3 pilots in total)
  • Stakeholder consultation to select the 3 pilot tourist establishments for each of the 3 regions (3 in each region, 9 in total)
  • Survey and monitoring of behaviour of pilot samples' stakeholders in each region regarding the use and disposal of SUP and related reporting (3 surveys, 3 observations & 3 reports in total)
  • Report identifying via desk-based literature review, alternatives to SUP, their environmental impacts and their costs, for Cyprus, Greece and Malta (1 in total)
  • Consolidated report summarising the findings of the surveys and the monitoring of behaviour of stakeholders of the pilot samples in each region (1 in total)
